Before you commit
When do I get charged?
Once at checkout for the window you pick (monthly or 3 months). No auto-renew - we ask before starting the next cycle.
Can I cancel mid-cycle?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard in one click. Your current cycle still runs through to its last delivery; we just do not start a new one.
Refund policy
If your first lunch or dinner misses the window, we refund that meal and add it to the tail. Past the first delivery, skipped meals roll forward instead of being refunded - the plan is priced per-meal and always delivered in full.
Pause days - how do they work?
Every plan includes up to 5 pauses per month. Skip a meal from the dashboard and that meal rolls to the end of your subscription - you never pay for days you do not eat.
Can I switch between Ghar Jaisa and Protein+?
Yes. Contact support before the next cycle starts. Within a cycle, message us on WhatsApp and we will swap you over starting the next morning - no double charge.
What if I move outside the delivery zone?
Message support. We will cancel the remainder and refund unused meals pro-rata. New areas are added monthly - you can also join the waitlist and we will ping you when we are live there.
